Q. Is it possible to return the products and get a refund?
In-case of consumable items like Cakes, flowers, chocolates, sweets and dates refund won’t be possible if cancellation is made on the same day. However, if the cancellation is made at-least 24 hrs before the scheduled delivery of the order , refund is possible. If you want to cancel the order after the payment has been made, After receiving the order, it won’t be possible to cancel it and you are not eligible for any refund.
Q. What is the mechanism for in-correct orders?
If the order information processed by you is incorrect or if the address shared by you is incorrect, giftsonclick is not liable for refund. However, you are allowed to change the information at-least 24 hrs before the order is supposed to be delivered.
Q. How can I receive a refund if I paid by Credit Card?
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement or Pay Pal, depending on individual’s bank process.
Q. What happens when the receiver doesn’t accept gifts that the sender has sent?
In-case the receiver doesn’t accept the gifts which the sender has sent, we will not be liable to refund the money or to cancel the order. The gift will either go back to the sender (if it is ordered locally) and the sender has to pay the delivery charges. However, if the gift is ordered from overseas we can either deliver it to the person specified by you, with the delivery charges, which will be applicable as per the location.
