Q. I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong (from us), you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund in 15 days.
Q. Can I replace, return or exchange an item rather than a refund?
Giftsonclick.com does not offer replacement or exchange of an item; however, if you change your mind after ordering your item, and want to order something else, just call or whatsapp us on +968-90612612. We will cancel your order and process the new one. The new order can only be accepted if the order is made at-least 24 hrs in advance before the delivery date.
Q. Can I return an item through my courier company or personally drop it anywhere?
At the moment, the item can be returned to us only though one of our assigned courier services. (This applies only if you received a wrong item from us)
Q. Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?
