Q. Do I need to pay for delivery?
We believe in delivering happiness and celebrating moments, which is memorable for a lifetime. Therefore, there is no price for delivering happiness and bringing smiles to individuals.
Q. What will happen if the delivery location cannot be traced, recognized or located?
The customer needs to ensure that the delivery information provided by them is correct, before they place the order. In-case the address, phone number or other information is not provided or is in-correct, giftsonclick is not liable for any refund or cancellation.
Q. What are the timings when my gifts will be delivered?
Your gifts can be delivered from 10 am to 6 pm. However, in-case of special requests and paying additional delivery charge we can deliver your gifts as per your timing and convenience, provided you give us the information 3 hrs prior to the delivery on the same day. For the same day deliveries, we receive orders before 5 pm.
Morning Slot: If the order is placed at 10 am, the gifts can be delivered at 1 pm. Evening Slot: For orders after 1 pm, the delivery will be made at 4 pm.
In-case of express deliveries we can deliver it at your convenient time.
Q. What time will my goods be delivered?
We try our best to give you everlasting memories by delivering happiness at your doorsteps. We offer two slots. 10 am-1 am and 4 pm to 6 pm. We try our best to deliver the gifts on time, in between these time slots. However, in-case of express delivery we will deliver your gifts at the time insisted by you, while booking.
If we are unable to deliver your gifts on time, you are entitled to receive a full refund. However, if we are not able to deliver the gifts for reasons like incorrect address, phone number, non-acceptance of the gift from the recipient or non-available of the recipient.
We would not be able to refund the amount. In-case the recipient is unavailable due to certain reasons, we might call you to confirm, whom to hand over the items. It would not be possible for us to re-deliver the gifts again, as we deal in perishable food items.
Q. What are the pre-requisites for a delivery location?
The delivery location where the gifts needs to be delivered should be mentioned clearly. We are making an attempt to make an experience which is everlasting and builds memories for a lifetime, brightened by your sweet smiles. Hence for a smooth functioning we would also request you to mention the complete details like building number, House number, Way no, etc for houses or apartments. In-case of schools, colleges or universities, please mention the name of the school, college or university respectively.
The department or hostel name or number with the recipient’s name should be clearly stated. For orders delivered in hospitals, please state the department, ward/room name, clearly. For orders delivered in hotels, the hotel name and room number should be clearly stated.
Also, in any of the above cases, if the authority doesn’t allow or permit us and we are not able to successfully deliver the same, we are in no way responsible or answerable for the same. We would not be able to make a refund or cancel the order for the same.
Q. How Do I get to know the status of my order and whether it’s been delivered or not?
You will receive an email confirmation from giftsonclick that your order has reached the recipient. You can also track your order in the section titled “Track your order” on our website.
